Those, who expect to complete their undergraduate education (bachelor’s degree or the equivalent) from the enrollment date through September 30, 2024, are required to contact the MPP/IP Desk in advance. For more details, read Eligibility Requirements. Applicants seeking ADB and/or WB scholarships, read carefully the information on the following links as well. Eligibility for ADB Eligibility for WB Policy Streams MPP/IP offers two policy streams below for students to develop in-depth knowledge in their chosen fields. Economic Policy, Finance and Development (EPFD) Public Management and International Relations (PMIR) Admission Categories MPP/IP admissions for fresh graduates and early career professionals MPP/IP admissions for professionals English Proficiency Requirement Caution: English proficiency test score requirements have changed since the 2024 intake. Bachelor&#8217;s degree holders from outside Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, the UK, or the U.S.A. must submit English proficiency test scores. Please take the test well in advance. Enrollment Date Late September, 2024 (April 1, 2024 is also available.) April enrollment is only for Japanese nationals and non-Japanese nationals who, at the time of application, have a visa valid through March 31, 2024 that allows applicnats to study in Japan. Non-Japanese nationals are required to contact the MPP/IP Desk by December 6 to be pre-checked. The MPP/IP Desk does not guarantee that the pre-check will be done by the application deadline if the inquiry arrives at the MPP/IP Desk after December 6, which could result in non-eligibility for April enrollment. Application, Admission and Tuition Fees (All fees are as of AY2023 and subject to change.) Application Fee: JPY 10,000. Admission Fee: JPY 282,000. (The Admission Fee is non-refundable for any reason.) Tuition Fee (annual): JPY 535,800. Campus Asia Program For details of this program, follow the steps indicated on the website below. CAMPUS Asia Program Application Deadline: January 2019 under preparation GraSPP – Sciences Po Dual Degree Program This two-year double degree program with Sciences Po’s School of Public Affairs is designed for young professionals who want to gain an expertise in the management and evaluation of public policy in both the Japanese and European contexts. Students are selected through joint admissions by Sciences Po and GraSPP. Candidates must apply through online at Sciences Po’s website. The First Year students will study in Paris and pursue their second year in Tokyo. Approximately 10 students are admitted to this program each year.
